My local pet store carried their items and felt good about buying from a local company, but then I saw the conditions of the animals/bought multiple very sick rats from that store. So I looked for an alternative. I realized Exotic Nutrition brand was also local to me, so I found their website and started buying directly. The pet store I was buying from marked up their products 2-3x the online price!
So now I buy directly from exotic, and haven’t been let down. Shipping is fast, they sent it secure, never had a crushed bottled or bag of food. Keep it up!

I ordered 250 giant meal worms and then sent me 250 medium. When I contacted them about it, they said that was all they had and proceeded to tell me how to feed and make them grow..... If I wanted to feed and grow them I would've bought the medium ones and saved myself the money. They intentionally sent me the wrong size because "its all they had" and then offered a $10 credit to their store as compensation. Are you joking?! Ya I won't ever order from them again. I had to fight to get a $10 refund and half the worms are already dead. I would rather buy from Petco than buy from this company again. What a a waste of money.

I love it I get exactly what I order and it comes pretty quick I will continue using Exotic Nutrition ❤

I have ordered from Exotic Nutrition for over 15 yrs. The choices are boggling. If it eats and drinks and can use its own house to fit in with yours, you have come to Rightest of places. Safe, secure, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Eager to help you enjoy your fur, feather, or fin friend. These prices are very good, can't get it cheaper faster fresher. Can't, I've tried.

I can't say enough GOOD things about Exotic Nutrition products and most recently their customer service! Their customer service team was in contact with me every day while I dealt with a US Postal Service mess.
Exotic Nutrition notified me of weather related delays as soon as my order was processed. The company is located in Virginia and me being in California, I was aware of snow storms across their part of the country. I recieved the USPS tracking # and opted for tracking notices on the USPS website. Eleven days later I received USPS notification the package was "delivered", however I did not find the package at my mailbox. I went by my two neighbor's to see if they had gotten it by mistake. No package to be found. Using the USPS website I filed an inquiry to locate the package, as well as emailing Exotic Nutrition, making them aware of the missing package. Four days after filing the inquiry, USPS contacted me with a bizarre tale of the package being "scanned as delivered then immediately being scanned as return to sender, by a postal carrier not even in our area" (???) USPS had no explanation. I contacted Exotic Nutrition to describe what I had been told by the US Postal Service, and Exotic Nutrition found they had just processed the "return", immediately repackaged the order, sending it out and gave me the new tracking number.
The package was delivered 4 days later.
Exotic Nutrition made it right, and apologized for events out of their control and no fault of their own. I will absolutely continue to buy products from Exotic Nutrition!

I have ordered meal worms from Exotic Nutrition along with their bedding for meal worms. I had no issues with our leopard gecko eating. I switched to feeding my meal worms oatmeal as I have read it should be just as effective. Low and behold, our gecko quit eating recently so I'm going back to square one. I just got our order of worms and bedding. The worms look awesome. Nice big and healthy looking. I have feeling she will be eating well tonight.
Something else, I had no issues with getting my order...shipping was not a problem like with other companies. I won't mess around with any other company again!

Ordered twice and I LUV LUV LUV YALL. WE HAVE 2 HEDGIES AND WE WILL NOT GET THEIR FOOD ANYWHERE ELSE. ALSO IT WAS HERE LIKE 5 DAYS MAYBE AFTER I ORDERED SO IT WASN'T VERY LONG SO I WAS AND STILL ARE VERY PLEASED AND SO AS LONG AS ME AND MY HEDGIES LIP & ROOTY CONTINUE TO BE HAPPY THEN WE ARE ALL GOOD IN THE HOOD. LOL ????????????????????????????????

Horrible Customer Service.
As like other reviews they magically can't find me in the system.
I messaged them they didn't get back to me. I spent almost $70 total to get it to Canada. I will never buy from them again. That is so much money for a plastic piece of basically garbage at this point. It's not usable. Check out Caroline Storm Wheel. I don't know them personally but I love their wheel. It's expensive but the bearings are replaceable. This it breaks easily and your toast. They aren't BBB approved. The response here shows how they deal with customers. I did call and all they did was waste my time further. You think they would send a replacement if they believe in the products they sell. It was not even usable for a couple months. It was not 8 months at all.
I emailed them previously and had multiple times about the wheel. This was horrible quality that was not used for 8 months. I hope people don't waste their money on garbage wheels. We explained we couldn't even use it right away as our little guy Nugget was too small. It had been waiting for a couple months. Then we used it and it was broken within a few weeks. No worth it.

I ordered a bag of hedgehog feed around 2-2 1/2 weeks ago. I added 3 day shipping for a package. So I submitted a question to thier website a few days ago and still haven't heard back from them.
